His dad also introduces Tommy to the new brake pad division of the factory and to Tommy’s soon-to-be stepmother, Beverly, and her son Paul. Sharing the Costs of Daycare in Family Court. California?
In Santa Clara County, California.
My son is no longer going to daycare for whatever reasons. His mother is saying she pays for Daycare with a family member while she is at work. Shes trying to get me to cover half of the costs. My question is, if her mom or someone decides to write up some fake reciepts, and I am required to pay for this. Legally, can I claim these court ordered child care expenses on my taxes? I dont have 50% custody, so I cant claim my son on the taxes but can I claim the "babysitter" expenses on my taxes? Can the court make the "babysitter" provide a signed W9, since they are making money off it???

He explains that he is on assignment from National Geographic magazine to photograph the bridges of Madison County. TNA Impact *SPOILERS* (airing 10/15 on Spike TV):?
TNA Wrestling taped next week’s 3-hour edition of Impact from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. results from the taping. Thanks to our Orlando correspondent Tim Capture for providing us with text-message updates.
Pre-Show Taping:
* Abyss & Matt Morgan b. Kurt Angle & Mick Foley w/Dr. Stevie & Daffney. Abyss scared Foley with the barbwire bat and Morgan gave him a big boot for the win.
* The Motor City Machineguns b. Sheik Abdul Bashir & Kiyoshi. Alex Sheley gave Bashir a Kryptonite Krunch for the win. After the match, Kiyoshi beats down the Guns and chokes out Sabin before leaving.
* Taylor Wilde w/Sarita b. Traci Brooks with a bridging suplex.
* Jeremy Borash gets it the ring and says they’re about to kickoff Super Impact, so as our correspondent said, "I’m not sure what is going on."
TNA Impact (airing 10/15 on Spike TV):
* The Main Event Mafia come out to open the final Impact before Bound For Glory. Kurt Angle gets on the mic and says as you can see, he’s dressed for battle when he’s usually out in a suite and tie to preach about the Main Event Mafia. tonight is special because he’s facing AJ Styles tonight. Be he’s not here to talk about that, he’s here to talk about the one year anniversary of the Main Event Mafia at Bound For Glory. He’s out here for them. Angle talks each member up individually and tells them to beat their opponents at Bound For Glory. Angle says he will hold up his end by winning at the pay-per-view as well. AJ Styles, Matt Morgan, Hernandez, Beer Money and Team 3D come out. Brother Ray asks if everyone is as sick of the Main Event Mafia as they are? He introduces AJ Styles who says the pay-per-view is indeed a make or break pay-per-view for the Main Event Mafia. He says they’re three days away from the end of the Main Event Mafia. Everyone rushes the ring and takes out the Mani Event Mafia. Bobby Lashley also comes out with the babyfaces. All the security guys, referees and agents come out to break things up to end the segment.
* The Beautiful People of Velvet Sky, Madison Rayne & Lacey Von Erich b. Tara, ODB & Awesome Kong w/Raisha Saeed. Awesome Kong attacked Tara and ODB bright off the bat for some reason. Either a disagreement or inability to get along. Tara and ODB argued towards the end so Tara superkicked ODB, allowing Velvet Sky to get the pin. Lacey was never tagged in.
* Suicide vs. Amazing Red for the X Division Championship ended in no contest with Don West accompanying Red to the ring. The Pope ran down during the match and pushed Suicide off the rope and tried to give him his finisher but Red cut him off.
* Eric Young comes out on commentary for a Run the Gauntlet match. Hernandez vs. The British Invasion. Up first is Doug Williams. Doug Williams is eliminated after a massive tackle. Up next is Brutus Magnus. Burtus Magnus is eliminated after a Border Toss. The final guy is Rob Terry. Hernandez eliminates Rob Terry after Terry went for the ten punches in the corner and Hernandez powerbombed him. Young runs in and canes Hernandez. Everyone beats him down to end the segment.
* Daniels b. The Pope D’Angelo Dinero with Angel’s Wings. After the match Suicide attacks Daniels and gives him a Cop Killer. He takes off his mask and it’s Homicide.
* They bring out a recliner and small table with a remote on it for some promotional work they are going to do.
* They called off the promotional work but all the stuff is still in the ring. Mick Foley is out with a cardboard Abyss mask on. He’s now sitting down with a bucket of popcorn. He says he wore a mask like it for three years. Foley gives credit to Abyss. Even if he’s a ripoff, he’s not bad. Mick Foley is now showing a highlight reel of Abyss’ best moments from TNA. Each moment is something Foley did like a spooky manager, thumbtacks, a flaming table and Abyss attacks Foley before another. Foley stops Abyss by showing an abducted Lauren on the video screen. Dr. Stevie is holding her somewhere here. Abyss takes off in search of her to end the segment.
* Hamada b. Alyssa Flash in a Falls County Anywhere match after hitting a moonsault off the top rope onto Flash who was on a table on the floor.
* Rhino vs. Bobby Lashley is now up in a Stretcher Match. To win you must put your opponent on a stretcher and load them into an ambulance standing nearby. Lashley b. Rhino after a half nelson slam on a guardrail. He had problems getting the stretcher in the truck and the paramedic had to help.
* Kurt Angle vs. TNA Champion AJ Styles ends in a time limit draw. Angle had AJ locked int he ankle lock when the bell rang. Sting came out and tries to talk to AJ and shake his hand but AJ isn’t having it so Sting leaves dejected.
Bonus Match:
* Kip James b. Mike Knapp (name is probably wrong) with a Fameasser.
Cool i can’t wait to see more of Lacey Von Erich. hopefully this move turns out well for TNA. once she gets better at wrestling other then that this three hour special sure does sound like something special. i wonder if they are going to show Global impact afterwards

What is the western movie…?
that starts with the Eagles "Desperado"? It was about this sort of lone ranger that rides into town and starts to help this family, but the parents are killed. It is an older movie. At the end the lone ranger guy rides off with the same song playing as it was in the beginning.
