Tamara (2005)

Plot: Tamara (Jenna Dewan) is an unattractive and not popular abused girl in a high-school. She has a crush on her Literature teacher, Mr. Bill Natolly (Matthew Marsden), and she likes witchcraft. When his teacher publishes her article about the use of steroids by the high-school athletes in the school newspaper expecting to improve her self-esteem, the matter indeed puts the students against Tamara. Three classroom mates use three other silly students to play a prank with Tamara, but they accidentally kill her. Due to a spell, Tamara returns from death and plots a lethal evil revenge against the group, and tries to take Bill from his beloved wife, since there is a bond between Bill and Tamara due to the witchcraft.

How to feel more confident?
My entire childhood I was teased mercilessly for being short and a tad bit chubby and dressing really conservatively. My family is from Switzerland and my parents were very strict and never let me do hardly anything the other kids got to do, never got to wear the cool clothes or wear make up or dye my hair. So as you can guess I had a really low self esteem.

Well, when I hit 18 I balked at the rules and totally did whatever I wanted, I got a few things pierced, got several large tattoos and totally redid my hair, clothes and make up, and got in amazing shape.
Well, after that I had guys hitting on me all the time, and still do. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and I know he loves me and I dont doubt that for a second. But I have a serious problem and its driving me nuts.

Despite the fact that I look great right now, and no one hardly even recognizes me from school anymore(totally did the whole ugly duckling thing lol) and they compliment me all the time, I still feel like Im the same ugly little kid. I dont feel pretty, i dont feel sexy.. nothing. I am desperate to gain the confidence i should have. No, not arrogance, or being conceited, that is not in my nature. I just want to finally allow my mind to transition over to being the person I am today, and be able to feel confident and attractive to my husband. Ladies… please.. what can i do to feel better about myself? I cant do this to myself anymore

What I did to build my self confidence was look at myself in the mirror. I said outloud (yeah I’m a loser haha) "This is what you look like. You’re name’s Lena Wooldridge. This is you. You can’t change that, so just make the most of what you’re given."

That sounds cheezey as hell, but it kind of worked. I mean, I put on makeup to make myself look attractive, but I don’t really care about what I look like. Because I know that I’m a beautiful person.

Nothing you do externally will change the way you feel internally in this situation.Confidence is simply believing in yourself.You are not doing that and you need to start doing that.

It seems a lot of people nowadays have totally no control over their emotions. Try talking to yourself a lot and adjust yourself into positive thinking and just BELIEVE in yourself.

I'm dressing as Heck Tate (the sheriff) from To Kill a Mockingbird. What should I wear?
For English we need to be a character from To Kill a Mockingbird (didn’t get to choose) – we write a character analysis, make a Southern food (I’m making pecan pie), and we have to dress as our character. He is a sheriff, so I’m going to wear a sheriff badge, and then maybe just a plaid shirt (kinda country-ish?) with jeans, my regular outfit. What else should I wear? Are companies trying too hard to pull little girls into their corporate grasps?
Things that are meant to be one color (Eagles Jerseys are meant to be GREEN) are now suddenly pink and so on down the line. I have even seen PINK CAMO gear, and not the "ah, that would look cute on my kid" kind either but in the sports supply area. Seriously, it’s not cute and it certainly is not going to serve any purpose when hunting (even if this is not the intent I know people who have used it for such because their daughters insisted).

I did something really horrible to my friend what do I do now?
There was this really funny picture of my friend on facebook taken during a camp our class had and her eyes were rolled back and she looked retarded and it was so funny I tagged everyone in my class. Then I realized it was really mean so I clicked on my ‘Profile’ and didn’t click on ‘Done tagging’ but then I just found out the tags are already there! I apologized in the comment box and explained it but I’m really afraid people get pissed off at me especially that friend! What do I do?
It isn’t my picture it’s my friend’s album so I can’t delete the tags nor the picture.

Next, you need to text/call/message your friend and apologize. Tell her you were going to tag your class in it, because you thought it was a silly/goofy/funny pic. And you weren’t trying to make fun of her. Tell her you realized when you were tagging it that it wasn’t as funny as it was mean, so you didn’t hit publish, and thought it wouldn’t even show up.
